in my opinion i think it should work properly because nokia n900 has a powerfull processor and enough memory to run MAC OS X. I remember i had the same OS installed on my powerbook G3 with 200 mhz cpu and just 128 mb of ram. In the video i see it's very laggy, this could be caused by the overheating cpu. In the "About This Mac" section i see there is a powerpc g4 cpu running @ 250 mhz with 128 amount of ram,so the problem is caused by a failed configuration of the emulator (pear pc).

@yehia3amer it's all emulation, that's why it's so slow. Although it's not practical for the phone to run mac os x, it's still amazing that it CAN run it. With better hardware and possibly by running mac os x natively, I have no doubt it'd run well. Although you only know of Nokia users who can't deal with new technology, alot of Nokia users can. The N900 is proof of this, it's OS is actually the most advanced ones I've ever seen, it can even emulate mac os x. Also, apple fails plenty.

OK let me correct you. This phone isn't running OSX, it's running an emulator, that runs OSX. That's a completely different thing, even if it's impressive in it self. But booting OSX in 90 minutes isn't that impressive really :)

The N900 broke the boundaries set for mobile phones. Now the future phones may be able to do this faster (well actually I don't think they will ever be able to compete with current computers, but will be able to compete with 3-6 year old computers).

BTW Nokia provide a cleaning cloth with the phone..you should use it more often :)
