actually, a man in his position askes "are you trying to seduce me" is not so proper. it seems to suggest, if you're seducing me, i'm seduced, but i also try to repress it. the proper reaction should be, shut up and go home, do whatever you like to please yourself..come on, it's your gf's mom!!! or just break up with her and confess: i'm more interested in banging your mom..(ok, it's too much..ha.)

actually i'm more curious why mrs. robinson wanna seduce benjamin? she could pick all the other young guys in the world and she's so attractive. but the movie never tells you about THAT. pure malice or sex? she's far more complicated than THAT! but everything in the movie is about benjamin's guilt and redemption.
