It depends on the dog. We were discussing this behavior at Silvia Trkman's website (this page - silvia.trkman.net/lolabu/our-training/tricks/ ) There are some ideas about teaching this trick.
But with Be it was really easy. Whenever I ate yougurt I gave her a little on my finger to lick. Whenever I approached with my finger to her mouth she offered me that. And than I just shaped it with clicker...
