Excellent rendition. Very nice voice. Great whistling! ala Andrew Bird :) I was fortunate to meet Sally after one performance. Such an angel voice she has. I also recorded a version. You don't find many Hem covers on youtube.

Last weekend, my boyfriend and I covered this song at a show we did for a coffeehouse. The crowd loved it. We did the same thing that you did after the first two verses, we hummed the first verse and then did the last verse in harmony. I don't have a video of it but if you would like to hear it, I could send you the file in an e-mail.
for this one i don't, unfortunately. one day, i'll sit down and re-rerecord it now that i sort of know how to get the mp3s out of the video files. (this one was recorded straight into youtube. as of yet, i have not been able to get videos back out of this place once they're here.)
