Skyler Myers, Mike Schonehals, and I, Joe Carver started that tradition back in 2000, when we 3 were the only brave to venture across. Now the whole team does it which is really something. yeah the time trials are kind of funny
my first time ever running 3 miles i stopped after one mile getting a time of 7:30
4 days later i ran it and i got a 22:30
end of the seasons i got 19:30
and now i get a 17:50
remember im fat and i smoke :)
