    Did you swap the dielectric mirrors for suitable 337nm ones?

    The original mirrors are still in place. Maybe I will ad an aluminium HR later, but for the moment im happy that it works with this set up. :)

  • @Zypo86 my approach was to use an Al mirror and a microscope slide as windows. Mounting them onto thin-walled brass tubes and prealigning them before glueing allows you to fine-tune the alignment of the sealed tube by carefully denting the brass hull. The alignment is very stable and the system remains sealed. After proper prealignment the remaining tilt is within some tens of mrads. Please let me know if you give this method a try!
