Thumbs up for them starters! When you do a cat hang, if you want to hold it for a while... put your feet up higher on the balls of your feet and make your arms straight not angled.
Hey, Jesse! These are just some vaults you COULD make a tutorial/tutorials on: Pop Vault, Turn Vault, Underbar, Kash Vault, 360 Underbar, Sky Vault and Jackie Chan Vault. I would liketo see one of these :P And yeah.... My fingers just slip on the cat grab... What should I do about it?? Please help
When you donate, do you donate with PayPal or not? And where do I say which tutorial I want??? Just in case you see this, Jesse La Flair, I really want to learn either Dash Vault or the Theif Vault. (Doesn't really matter which one.) Please answer me back. :)
@Gam3rWii not really but if your young and your body is still growing and developing make sure to take it slow and build strength with confidence. Have fun!
dude thank you video so helpful.i think we met before at UCLA semi recent and was wondering when you guys might be going out again cuz that would be cool if me and cole could come
How is the technique of a cat different when you are jumping down into a cat? Imagine you jump from the top of a wall and land in a cat on the other wall of the same height. Most of your momentum is coming down so is it just more arm strength, or is there a different technique all together?
@33BRR Great Question. However I believe the same technique should still apply. Try to let your feet touch first with any momentum you can bring into the wall. Obviously if it is like a crazy narrow gap your arms are going to take a lot of impact but otherwise it will be pretty similar.
For my first vid I cant think what to put in it, can you give me any ideas it's only going to be an intermediate vid. Can you send me a list of ideas please? Thanks
Love ur videos man, i wish i could do the shit u do. what kind of video editor are u using cause it always seems ur video and audio kinda separate towards the end of the vid.
If it's cool with you can you come out with a kong to cat leap? Thanks if you reply! By the way I am located in the O.C and I was wondering if you can drop by and parkour with me. =]
@LaFlairParkour Yeah now next time i do this fat cat gap over water it wont hurt haha thanks man! Hey i talked to you on fb alot w corey too. Can you check out my most recent vid to give feedback and tell me what to work on?
I think if that if you do big cat leaps, its best to land with both feet at the same time, and then "fall in" to the cat position. It will help with the impact more than taking it all on one leg. =)
Was outside this new spot today. There was a pretty nice gap to a flat slippery wall. I went for it about 3 times, but chickened out right into it. Just didn`t feel right. I think if i landed feet first i would have probably bailed on the steel bars underneath. Maybe hitting with hands and feet at the same time would have worked. But, man that gap was nasty. Good tutorial anyways.
what exercises we have to do to develop strength in holding the wall? pls reply

@LaFlairParkour
The last month, i did a cat leap (cat grab or arm jumb..) at the baluster of the ladder and the banister broked, and i heart my head...
How will i know if the point I am doing cat leap is risky (dangerous)?, many times even the irons (at the top of the wall) fails off.. :(
