  • Do you have to be a certain age?

  • @Gam3rWii not really but if your young and your body is still growing and developing make sure to take it slow and build strength with confidence. Have fun!

  • both have different benefits but for starting out I would say shoes

  • boom boom

  • what a random "wall"...

  • dude these tutorials seem basic, but this stuff takes a minute to get good at haha

  • Hey loving the tutorials!! they show the specific little things that i have been doing wrong and now i'm finding it all so much easier.

Could u please do a tutorial on how to land/ roll properly/safely,

thats still the one thing im finding hardest to perfect, just wondering if its something small or technique based that im doing wrong

  • dude thank you video so helpful.i think we met before at UCLA semi recent and was wondering when you guys might be going out again cuz that would be cool if me and cole could come

  • when u said about the more speed u have the longer your foot can grip, i then realised why i struggle with wall climbs, thanks man and for tutorial

  • wall scale tutorial and wall flip tutorial

  • they other day i was just fucking around and i did a tictac 360 to cat it was fricken awsome!! haha xD

  • Why don't you make a tutorial about wall running?

  • The new "planking"...

  • @JournalManTV Lol your so right, I started to plank then all of a sudden I am into parkour. No more planking for me :D

  • r u near an air port

  • @bvideos18 kinda, sorry about the plane noise...

  • By far the best tutorials for those getting into parkour/freerunning.

  • I thinck see you in one movie... Spider-Man...

  • I haven done parkour in about a year ive lost all my skill D:<

  • can you make a tutorial of strenght and conditioning?

  • Can you do a two-step wall jump?

  • one thing ive noticed while i've been freerunning is that it fucks up your shoes lol

  • carnt wait for your next tutorial

  • @kingtiffer Just went up!

  • @LaFlairParkour is it better to try this barefoot or with shoes?

  • How is the technique of a cat different when you are jumping down into a cat? Imagine you jump from the top of a wall and land in a cat on the other wall of the same height. Most of your momentum is coming down so is it just more arm strength, or is there a different technique all together?

  • @33BRR Great Question. However I believe the same technique should still apply. Try to let your feet touch first with any momentum you can bring into the wall. Obviously if it is like a crazy narrow gap your arms are going to take a lot of impact but otherwise it will be pretty similar.

  • @LaFlairParkour Thanks! I'll be working on these more now that I am sure of the technique.

  • What's your advice on what to learn after figuring out rolling the right way?

  • could you do a kong progression video? Monkey > Kong > Double kong, you are genius at this.

  • @withasideofhiphop I already did a kong to precision tut and the rest are on the way.

  • Loving the videos but i live in the countryside so there's no good spots, im doing whatever i can on trees but its just not the same...

  • Cool I can do them i just can't convince my friends there easy

  • Just wondering if you can do wallflips

  • @AR3bEl68 Yes! Everyone is asking for a tutorial on them so It will surly be coming your way soon.

  • @LaFlairParkour what do you suggest for beginners like i mean.. how should you train yourself to do what you do.? like the trick you showed use

  • Nice vid! Love it! Any plans on doing a vertical wall-run/wall climb vid anytime soon?

  • @HQAntithesis Yes I have been getting a lot of requests for them

  • Wanna see more Parkour spots videos than tutorials from you ! :D

  • @FreeParkourSoul Ok I have just the spot I will see If I can film it tomorrow

  • Love ur videos man, i wish i could do the shit u do. what kind of video editor are u using cause it always seems ur video and audio kinda separate towards the end of the vid.

  • @SirLagAlot109622 Yea I am using final cut pro... I don't know why the heck it is doing that

  • @LaFlairParkour yea its not that big a deal

  • when i try to grab on my hadns alwise slip off any suggestons?

  • @hoathton Hard to say what your doing wrong with out seeing it...

  • It's not that easy though, right? I imagine that takes a lot of finger, hand, and arm strength, right?

  • Ha ha it looks like that wall was put there especially for tracuers beacuse it looks like it is there just to be there. Am I right?

  • How tall are u?

  • @themidwestcrew 6ft

  • 3:37 thought that a plane was going over my house, then i paused the video...

and mostly case it's fun ^^

  • If it's cool with you can you come out with a kong to cat leap? Thanks if you reply! By the way I am located in the O.C and I was wondering if you can drop by and parkour with me. =]

  • @darkl0rds Its already filmed I just need to cut it together!

  • @LaFlairParkour Thank you I really hope you become successful in life bro! BTW is it cool if we can jam or train together?

  • You inspire me

  • @Skiddla Honestly that is the biggest complement I could ever get. Thanks!

  • I dunno why but once again, audio is ahead of video,

  • @jemigdepemig11 Yea It keeps happening to my videos wtf!?

  • I just liked the video, I will now watch the video

  • @INEParkour i think it might just be your computer, cos its not ahead on mine.. :)

  • @INEParkour Thats a team player right there! Was it worth the like?

  • @LaFlairParkour Yeah now next time i do this fat cat gap over water it wont hurt haha thanks man! Hey i talked to you on fb alot w corey too. Can you check out my most recent vid to give feedback and tell me what to work on?

  • I think if that if you do big cat leaps, its best to land with both feet at the same time, and then "fall in" to the cat position. It will help with the impact more than taking it all on one leg. =)

    Nice tutorial btw~!

  • @ISIJAH I agree! I am going to add that to the description break down.

  • Was outside this new spot today. There was a pretty nice gap to a flat slippery wall. I went for it about 3 times, but chickened out right into it. Just didn`t feel right. I think if i landed feet first i would have probably bailed on the steel bars underneath. Maybe hitting with hands and feet at the same time would have worked. But, man that gap was nasty. Good tutorial anyways.

  • @sumala321 I wanna see you do it on video! post as a response

  • trust u jesse i ask for more toutorials and not just one but to u the man lesse

  • I like your videos :)

  • @skylink7 Thanks!

  • the Zig-techs work for grip :D

  • wuhuuu

  • Great tut again :D

I was wondering, as I live in the country, whats good ways to practice without the urban enviroment? If ya get what I'm saying :L

  • @AlecGard Treeeeeessss!!! lol forests and stumps. Rocks and boulders. Hay bails!

  • @AlecGard i live in the country too i use haybails to practice flips off of if you have any old beat up cars or trucks that would be good too

  • :D thank you Dude ..

  • great tutorial :)

  • why are you so ace

  • @HAWX142 lol
