When you think of melting, you think of high temperatures like melting steel right?

Well carbon fiber isn't being melt at that high of a temperature, but melts the fibers and layers together. It should be called "cooked" since they are put into ovens.

nothing is being melted; heat is applied to speed up the curing of the resin. More important in bicycle parts is that pressure is applied to force out any air bubbles that could weaken the part.

Dont believe what they say, they dont produce anything, they filmed this production in Gigantex factory. THey are a trading company and buy like anyone else can from Gigantex, Trigon, Apro ( where they used to work ) and many other factories producing "me too " products
