I'm interested in the Hakuhodo pencil brush. Would you say that its too soft so it wouldn't smudge out the eyeshadow from under the eye? I want to buy a pencil brush for this purpose, but I'm not sure to buy this or the MAC 219.

This is a great tutorial. You showed some great ideas on make-up brushes. In fact, you showed and mentioned some brushes that I didn't even know about until you mentioned them. My long hair is way past my butt, but I'm thinking about chopping off a few inches as I have a problem with split ends. I think long hair looks nice on you, though.
I'd like to know how you CARE for your nails, because they are so long and tailored looking. If I grow my nails out that long, they'd break and I can never keep the right shape.
I don't think you should cut your hair! There are so much more styling options with long hair than there are with short. You can have those hollywood ringlets, flat iron straight, big volume 80s hair, you can tie it in pony tail or all sorts of plaits. Thats just a few to name

i sort of like the rambling videos. it reminds me of family functions where the guys look like they're at a tennis match when they're watching/listening to the women converse. poor things can't keep up when we bounce from subject to subject. anyway, it makes me smile so bring 'em on!
.. and then you will have the picture upside down, but it is not disturbing, that is how I make my decoration vids... + you can still turn the picture during the editing if you find it a better solution... you will definitely need a lamp, like office type for ex. directed to the surface you are working in, but this is easy because you have to have a close up picture anyway... or natural light next to the window, but window + camera together is more complicated.... good luck! Personally I prefer your vids that are more like theatrical tutorials, for ex. the Tim Burton type or the puppet from last year, I think you are just awsome in doing that and there is nobody like you or nothing like it on Youtube... while there are an awfully lot of reviews and stuff.... that are long and not so usefull, but maybe there are people who need them, I don't know.... Just my opinion... For the nail vids, put your camera on a tripod directed to the table surface just in front of you..

I think a longish bob with straight bangs would really suit you. It would look very dramatic and contrast nicely with your beautiful skin. Plus, with bangs they would frame all the amazing looks you come up with ;o)

Lol, I've got oober frizzy and curly hair that's almost to my bottom now, very VERY hard to tame but the looks you can do with long hair is worth the extra 30 minutes in the morning! Play around with styles before you decide to cut it. I haven't cut mine in about ten years and I'm loving it.
My hair got that long........I CHOPPED IT OFF!!! LOL! I cut 14 inches!! I LOVE it now and I can do SO much more with it and it cuts half my "get ready" time in the mornings! :) But, yours is absolutely GAWGEOUS!
Your hair reminds me of how long mine got lately, considering that I cut it almost up to my neck a couple of years ago and up 'til sat it was almost as long as yours now,but I couldn't stand too much hair and I got a shoulder lenght cut with long layers that start at the chin with side swept bands and I looooove it!!!! Ah! Don't cut your hair. My hair was just as long as yours, perhaps a bit longer and I cut it. I regret it now. It will take me at least 2 years to get it back to that length! Yea, so do not cut it!!!

I don't think it's 'rambley' ...it's more like you're just chatting with us. I like it. We get to see more of the 'real' you. Your hair is beautiful. Mine was as long as yours, same color, too. I've been watching your videos for a while now. I actually found myself recreating one of your purple/plum looks more than once, without meaning to copy it. :D About your rambling, though, I don't think it could be classified as just rambling since what you say is actually intelligent. For other gurus, I actually skip through parts where they aren't doing makeup, but when watching you, I don't have to because the content isn't worthless chatter. :D Hope something out of that helps.
I agree with girls- don't cut your hair (or you can just trim the ends or cut a little bit just a bit- because when one cuts- there is no way back and to have the same lengtha becomes severely difficult)- though you'll do as you wish. I like your videos. Thanks. Your opinion is also interesting and rambling videos are good.
PS my favourite brush is coastal scents little crease brush and highlight brush, and mary kay powder brush. :)
I do agree with you, however my friend just cut her hair and she hates it, so she bought extentions and wears them a lot- just an alternative if you cut your hair and then not like it. :)
I really like your hair, the colour and the length of it. It seems like a thing right now, the longer more natural looking hair style. But you could always just go and get the ends trimmed, that way you keep the length but it's healthier and easier to maintain. But I'm sure you know that already :)

when i was little my hair was down to my bum haha. I cut it when i got older tho cos i didnt like it anymore its now a little past shoul;der lenght and i want it to be the same lenght as yours DONT CUT IT!

you're not boring, i like all your videos! i have a question about skin care..... i don't know if you're familiar with products in general..
but yeah i have really oily skin and i bought neutrogena oil free acne wash ( because i also have breakouts) and it ruined my skin! it's all overdry now, there's little white things everywhere! i can't get rid of them! my skin feels like sand paper! i tried so many products! so , what would you recommend for oily skin ?

Your nails look great! If you are not into long hair, then you should cut. I love long hair in braids, buns and updos. Your hair looked super cute with bangs and layers. :)

ya i think it is getting a bit long, maybe just a trim an inch or two. I dono maybe if youre looking to change your style? idk well anyways, i loved this vid cuz like someone said a couple comments down you seemed so much more relaxed and fun and we got to see your personality a bit more which was quite refreshing. i dono about every one else but i like me a rambling video. Cuz its actually like normal people talk haha

such a change from ur normal video routine. you seemed so much lighter/softer in this video. now, i felt like i actually got to know a little more about you as a person by seeing your personality come thru. i never realized how small you were until you stood-up to show ur hair length. you're super cute in this video.

I don't think it's 'rambley' ...it's more like you're just chatting with us. I like it. We get to see more of the 'real' you. Your hair is beautiful. Mine was as long as yours, same color, too. I just cut it, up to my collar bone and I love it! Not so much work and it can look cute or sophisticated or fun. Towards the end, I was only wearing my long hair up because it was bugging me. Love the review, love the nails, love the hair...LOVE the ramble. :)

*sigh* wish I had all those brushes girl! I love personal ramble videos as long as you dont do them all the time. I have unsubscribed from people because EVERY video is just them talking and talking and talking and then finally 4-5 mins into the vid they get to the point. lol. LOVE YOUR CHANNEL keep doing it, you inspire the makeup in me!

I've been watching your videos for a while now. I actually found myself recreating one of your purple/plum looks more than once, without meaning to copy it. :D About your rambling, though, I don't think it could be classified as just rambling since what you say is actually intelligent. For other gurus, I actually skip through parts where they aren't doing makeup, but when watching you, I don't have to because the content isn't worthless chatter. :D Hope something out of that helps.

I agree with girls- don't cut your hair (or you can just trim the ends or cut a little bit just a bit- because when one cuts- there is no way back and to have the same lengtha becomes severely difficult)- though you'll do as you wish. I like your videos. Thanks. Your opinion is also interesting and rambling videos are good.
PS my favourite brush is coastal scents little crease brush and highlight brush, and mary kay powder brush. :)

I do agree with you, however my friend just cut her hair and she hates it, so she bought extentions and wears them a lot- just an alternative if you cut your hair and then not like it. :)

I really like your hair, the colour and the length of it. It seems like a thing right now, the longer more natural looking hair style. But you could always just go and get the ends trimmed, that way you keep the length but it's healthier and easier to maintain. But I'm sure you know that already :)
The way you kept your larger brushes was inspiring, I need to re-organise my brushes - they're all stacked in different glasses right now lol.
