  • SO, in an aquarium filter, will my kaldness get all black and nasty like these?

  • I got mine on ebay and I'm using it now cgeck out my ids

  • I bought some of this from pondguru here on youtube!

  • wonderful stuff I've heard of it before.. I'm working with a friend to bring this to texas.

  • I must say K1 is better than my bottle caps

  • I have been experimenting with all kinds of food safe plastics water and pop bottle caps work great I wash them take the plastic seal out then drill a 3/8 hole in the top.

While watching TV I use my dremel and scuff them up for more surface area and little places for the bacteria to cling to.

Next time I’m going to scuff them by putting them in a cement mixer with some small scrap metal pieces.

I like the Idea of using potential litter to clean water.

    And it works!!!!!

  • the problem and now this products are on the european beachs in big nombers, the plastic is not the future

  • We use kaldnes in pond filters!

  • where and how did u buy k1 media!?!!?

  • @iamnub672

In the UK you go to a garden centre or order it from a koi dealer.

  • The Anox Kaldes biomedia is possibly the most efficient media available for biological treatment of water. It is use in commercial applications and used by Hozelock Ltd UK in their off-the-shelf Bioforce units

  • The process is actually used by Evolution Aqua and Hoselock buy from them! Evolution Aqua have and still use the media and the moving bed process in the nexus filter range!

  • is this type of filtering process better than the trickle or bio wheel filters for aquariums?

  • That narrator needs a drink of water

  • it started slow.. but had great content!!!

    5 stars for nerd love!

  • It could be used in ponds of aquariums. You'll find Kaldnes moving bed in Hozelock Cyprio Trinamic filters.

  • Hi, where I can acquire the filter elements in Brazil?

  • Entre em contato com Celso Rossini - 11-9389-3046. Os elementos se chamam WasPac.

  • Ok, muito obrigado pelo retorno.

    Assim que possivel vamos ligar.

  • looks good looks good, but is it for ponds or aquariums or both?
