I have a Kassai "Hunter" at #50 of draw weight and can pull it without stress using my fingers - however, using the thumb-ring is quite a challenge. @KNIBDUL79 Sorry for the delay in replying: having the air in the bottom of the lung cavity still allows transpiration of oxygen while not causing tension with the muscles used in the draw.

I am think whether it is possible to give a Chinese translating subtitle for your video. Hence, more and more Chinese fans will practice. After all, it is Chinese archery ;)
