  • the intelligence of Italians .. "Oo-oo-oo-oo" which covers a beautiful organ riffs .. fuck

  • QUELLA SCRITTA farco CHE COMPARE SOTTO TE LA POTEVI ANCHE RISPARMIARE...

  • anyway...morse assraped blackmore.

  • Rip the audio from this clip at searchripgrab doht cohm.

  • The 2 first minutes are really incredible. So nice to see happiness on Roger's face having so much fu to play with Steve. You never saw that before with Ritchie, sorry for Ritchie's fan. I have respect for Ritchie, great player, great composer and i like to listen to concerts with him in the band, but, like Ian Gillan said on French TV (taratata, you can find that here or to download) to answer a question : "human and Blackmore are two words You cannot put together in same sentence" Sorry 4 that

  • @Leo130353

RG and RB never having fun playing together|?!

Do you use drugs?Do you need better glasses?

If you watch all kinds of video/film, maybe even saw shows(Did you ever?) its evident that you re talking nonsense.

Btw, Gillan and Blackmore BOTH speak bs very regularly.

  • ¡¡ MY FAVORITE ROCK BAND ¡¡

  • Morse sucks, Blackmore FOREVER!!!

  • Гиллан, старый пердун, ну и чего ты добился теперь? Дерьмократии захотелось? Превратили Deep Purple в зловонный труп!!

  • Стив Морс - чмо!!

Какой нахрен Deep Purple, если нет Блэкмора?

  • ~its all a matter of opinion and preference with who is the better guitar player. To me Blackmore will always be the ace. He was a king at showmanship and fretwork and anyone who denies Blackmore's place in heavy metal history and kiss my fucking ass~

  • take a look at thee overall career of both guitarists.yeah, richie had a lot of commercial success, but talent wise, steve is ten times the player that blackmore is.I've also met them both and jammed with steve, and let me tell you all-blackmore is a flaming asshole !!!

  • @LadyAthenaX

Yeah, and you are probably a better musician than RB too, whahahahaha

  • For what its worth, my opinion is if Tommy Bolin had stayed away from drugs and been alive today, he would have been more innovative than Blackmore or Morse!

  • Stevie is really one hell of a guitarist, but he plays now what Blackmore had played 40 years ago... He invented the music that Morse is trying to copy today...

  • @Croatian098

Yes but, Blackmore couldn't even touch the Dregs' stuff and especially couldn't touch Steve's solo work. Deep Purple asked him to join and Steve joined because he thought it would be fun. Steve has done much more innovative things with music than Blackmore did with Deep Purple.

  • I dont agree in that way to explain. Steve is now playing old Deep Purple songs. But what can be today a Deep Purple concert without those "oldies" or standards is better. Its like other groups all over the world, but they are very few, who plays now old songs among news. Steve plays songs written "also" by Ritchie, but he was not alone to write those songs and Steve plays it with more soul, more different ways to ply. He brought new ways to play old songs.

  • Just listen to Steve's "When a blind man cries" never live played with Ritchie and B face of a single, never released in studio album. Listen to many other standards of DP play by Steve. Some sounds like new songs. If you want to aprreciate all the Steve's styles listen to "The Dregs", "The Dixie Dregs" and "Steve Morse Band". That's the Steve's way to write and play so many different music styles. He is considered by the professionals as the musician's musician.

  • @Leo130353

but... he has no soul for playing music....

  • @vectragt2310 Really? No soul 2 play music? MayB U have a monolithic musical culture or mayB U dont have at all. Just listen with Ur heart and soul (F U have 1). I was suspicious about Steve the 1st time i saw him on TV about the new DP album (Purpendicular) but i took time 2 listen 2 that album and when i saw them on stage, i understand Y Jon Lord was talking like that about that album because of course the chance Steve gave 2 DP 2 B still on stage. Open Ur ears Ur heart and Ur soul man!!!

  • @Leo130353

Without Ritchie DP could could not start to write a song.

Jon Lord will; ALWAYS say this.

Purpendicular was ok, the rest is shit or mediocre.

  • He got 5 years consecutively the "best guitar player award" and after that cannot be rewarded any more. You can read all what i say in different places. I tok time to listen and appreciate all Steve's style from classical to hard rock. He his really the greatest one i've ever heard. So, Steve's never trying to copy what Ritchie creates, he is only palying on his own way and sensibility for our happiness to be able to still see DP in concert. Long life to DEEP PURPLE, long life to STEVE.

  • By the way, Steve spent already more time and played more concert with DEEP PURPLE than Ritchie. Hmmm......

  • Purple without Lord? The new (relative term) guy plays the notes and all, but Lord and Paice had been the backbone of Purple all along. Sacrilege! Is that at least Ian Paice on drums? No offense to Gillan and Glover or Morse. They sound great too, though I do miss Blackmore.

  • Aren't You tired all to talk about who is the best for DP or in DP between Jon or Don or Ritchie or Steve???? I love DEEP PURPLE and i like all the periods. When i want to hear Ritchie i put Made in Japan or others but i like also to hear from Steve and also with Don. The most important is DEEP PURPLE. And what about that new intro for Highway Star. Pretty good! Changes are good. What if they still play like on Made in Japan... it's already 38 years ago....

  • @Leo130353

    This is NOT DEEP PURPLE.

  • @Leo130353

NO< we re never tired of talking about it.

We re holding the flame high for integrity and real DP.

Not these whores that misuse the stupidity of the public by playing mainly Ritchies music.

  • Some who write stupid words here where not born at that time. I'm soon 57 but from the begining i'm unconditionnal DEEP PURPLE fan forever.

  • Coverband?

  • Fuck DP without Blackmore, Glover and Jon Lord..

Don Airey is pretty good but.. Jon Lord is one and only!

  • But Don is the much better replacement for Jon than the one for Ritchie...

  • indeed

  • @vectragt2310

I think also Don is a better replacement than Morse but Don also is not that good at improvisation as Jon.

Both Jon and Ritchie were masters in that area.

Morse and Airey are hired factoryworkers, Lordy and Blackers are ARTISTS that make new compositions during the performance.

    S and M play like a drone.

  • @purpelaar

Jon maybe was better in improvisation, that´s right, but I think Don is a good song writer! Since he´s in the band they had some great songs like Rapture of the Deep, Wrong Man, Haunted, Sun goes down, House of Pain, etc.

I think that geos to Don as the albums before were just average...

Ritchie was the who came mainly up with the ideas, Jon made great arrangements out of them

  • @vectragt2310

They indeed made some good songs but to call them classics?

Once in a while I m able to enjoy Purpendicular and Bananas.

Abandon is shit or mediocre at best.

    ROTD is highly overrated.

The riff from Wrong Man they nicked from Ready and Willing, btw.

  • Hughes was the best purple member he fucking rocked on both vocals and bass.

  • Comment removed

  • @TBoneMontana

And HE made about 15 albums since Morse joined DP>

And those albums are good as well.

DP only made 1 good alum, PURPENDICULAR.

The rest is shit or at best mediocre.

Proof: they play about nothing live.

Btw, they should have done HARDLOVING MAN around the time Ian could still sing.

  • Deep Purple #1

  • that was an awesome intro, they nailed it there with the timing and the jam

  • All those years and Gillan's voice is still untouched by almost anyone.

  • @WesFR

    untouched?

his voice is nothing today, not even close to what it was in the 70's, then you could call him a king, today he's mediocre, he lost it pretty much

  • purpleeeeeeeeee :):):):):)

  • saugeiles intro, absolutely fantastic!

  • haha your a joke.

  • You suck asshole...

  • Oh yeah you're so RIGHT

And Fall Out Boy is the best band in the world

    Little bitch...

  • Morse doesn't suck

  • Deep purple will never suck!!!!

But i wish i was born in thoughs days when all the cool bands were out Like Deep Purple Alice Cooper And........SEX PISTOLS!!!

  • @Milanfan800

PUNK is a pile of shit(Ken Hensley, Uriah Heep, 1977)

  • Each of their album was very good, no matter who was in it - because they always attracted best musicians in the business. Something about their music made everyone wanna be part of it...Hughes, Coverdale, Morse and others - they always brought a new spark to it.

  • In Satrianis words:"no one plays like Ritchie Blackmore" - that´s it! Blackmore has his own style. Morse too, he do a very good job and he brings new ideas to Purples music, but the "magic-dramatical-dark-guy" feeling Ritchie brings in with his playing is unreached.

  • yeah but ritchie also brings in a whining cry baby feeling to the band as well (not that he's a bad guitarist or anything)

  • well...blackmore himself told people to quit complaining about morse...that he was an incredible guitarist that gives purple a new personality

  • @gre1990

Can you show where he did say that?

Both Gillan and RB regularly speak bs to upstart the interviewer and us.

RB also said that he like Kurt Cobain.

    Do you get my point?

  • @purpelaar Blackmore did not like to upstart interviwer. He usad to talk really bad about some guitarists

"I just would say the guy needs to calm down, haha" said bout malmsteen.

"Hes was not the big deal" said bout Stevie Ray Vaughan.

"He can make some good solos, but thats 1 in 300 times" said bout Clapton.

"Sometimes he played really nice, but he was terrible on stage" said about Hendrix.

But he talks nicely about Morse. Look the interview Paul Guy made to Blackmore.

  • @gre1990

You think you are well informed.

You are also way too young too try outsmart me.

I have 30 years of reading articles under my belt and I did saw Blackmore with DP and Rainbow.

    Did you ever?

Btw, Clapton is overrated, sorry. : )

  • Comment removed

  • caca

  • Ian still has his voice but sadly he hit those high notes as powerful but still FUCKING ROCKING!

  • So... is this a positive or negative comment?

  • See what you mean, i meant to say that Ian still has the exact same voice he had before but he struggles now with the high notes

  • EPIC

  • t'as vrement de la chance de voir le meilleur groupe au ponde devans t yeux

  • Fucking Epic!

  • Fuck Richie. Steve rules Richie drools...probably quite literally. How old is he now?

  • you are an asshole. Blackmore is the best guitar player EVER.

  • @cruxman1 Best guitar player ever?!?!? Here are just a few that are infinitely better: Eddie Van Halen, Paco Del Lucio, Al Dimeola, Joe Pass, Wes Montgomery, jimi hendrix, Jack Pearson, dwayne Allman, Steve Morse, allan holds worth, my nutsack, Grant green, John Scofiels, my sphincter, precum, Frank Zappa, and Jeff Beck. Go trim your mullet.

  • BIG BAND

  • Don't you people say bulshit...

Steve Morse is, at least, as good as Blackmore...

  • atleast? im sorry but you don't need to post anything, cause thats facts are steve morse is one of the best guitarist still alive!

  • Very nice clip!!!! Deep Purple is my all time favorite band, with ore without Blackmore

  • deep purple is one of the best metal bands in history , but i dont like deep purple too much , but vocalist had style. (=

  • metal ? lol

  • One of the best song from Deep Purple, thanks for sharing. They are the best band in the whole universe!!!!!!!!!!!

  • you hear that?!!?! the croud!!! amazing!

  • Falta ritchie blackmore, sin dudas, el mejor guitarrista de deep purple, sin blackmore no hay deep purple es asi...

  • RITCHIE BLACKMORE please!!!

  • naw sorry.... they had enough with putting up with the devil for so many years!

  • ha ha, yes it is) the man you called devil wrote the best tunes for purple)

  • @guitarman2233 We need a devil in the band. Now we have a boring band without real magic. A real hardrockguitarplayer injects a certain agression into the music. This is all too clean. RB is an artist, SM a factoryworker hired for his personality, nicely obeying to Gillan. And what about just 4 albums in all those years? Purpendicular was good but no IN ROCK or BURN. The others are mediocre or hopeless. They cant write. Ritchie did that.
  • @purpelaar You have an opinion. For instance its absurd, its like comparing who has the better father.

  • @guitarman2233

    Clearly not quite absurd.

Some have great fathers, of some others I can imagine them the children go the "Jim Morrison route : ), hehehe

  • @purpelaar It is definitely absurd. To compare guitarists/musicians is the work of those who make puerile remarks. In the end it is a waste of time. I come to wonder if people these days criticize music more then taking time to enjoy listening and opening their mind to a variety of music.
