police have the power to DEMAND you to remove hats, overcoats and gloves but they can ASK you to remove your shoes if your willing, so she cant 'do them' for asking. and they can pull u over and search you WITHOUT a warrant or evidence, all they need is REASONABLE GROUNDS to suspect something, so that could be anything.

It's not a myth. The police can't pull you ove, and search you without a warrant or evidence. They can only get your permission to do things like that.

They can search you and check your vehicle with out a warrant if its on public property and have reasonable suspicion to, but they have to fill in a stop search form to prove they have reasonable suspicion.
