I'm pretty sure they are adding stage themes. They said they was adressing as many complaints as they can and seeing about 90% of them was for the Stage Themes i'm sure they will fix. I just hope they put Dudley into it because i would love to see another boxer character but i don't think it will happen because he is 3rd Strike character and that's based after Street Fighter 4.

hey man for use the themes of characters you should go to play online in the main part of menu activate your tittle and icons with x (tittle)and square (icons) if you has ps3 if you has 360 with a and x. When you do that you earned a trophy and the option for the music is available now , yous should go at main menu then go to options next to sounds and activate the music and there you go !!!! the themes will sound when you play just at VS and online mode. NOT IN ARCADE ok man?
