Oh hey! Have you tried - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my mate got beautiful Six pack abs and lost tons of fat with it.
I know this was posted more than a year ago but I'm on a water fast now and I wanted to let you know that you're super helpful. You have a beautiful soul :)
I have not worked out yet. I am going to try and get a small amount of low impact cardio in today. If it is too much for me then I will stop. A water fast is very taxing, and it is important not to overexert yourself.
What you want to remember is that everyone is different. I read a little info about his 7 day fast, and how he walked 10 miles. He looked like he was very healthy on the start of his fast. Some people are more toxic then others, and when they start a water fast, the toxic build up is too great, that they are almost bedridden. It is best to listen to your body, and go at your own pace.

Keep going. It is difficult, but the benefits of sticking with it is tremendous. It goes beyond that of weight loss. Hopefully my videos will give you some of the encouragement you need. ; - )

I feel shaky in I am on day 3 couldn't break if I wanted because I have no appetite and I feel nauseous
