I used to use this from time to time. When I would make myself a LARGE plate of spaghetti, I would put a drop in. By a drop, I literally mean a small droplet of it... nothing even close to a teaspoon.

To my knowledge the absolute hottest sauce on Earth is Blair 6AM measuring at 16,000,000 scoville units now that stuff you don't want to fuck around with haha the bottle itself is shaped like a little grim reaper.
