Its actually an OLD Spanish piece for classical guitar called Romance, Romanza, Romance de amor... it goes by many names. No one knows who wrote it, it is cited to 'anonymous'. A composer named "Narciso Yepes" tried to claim credit for writing the song but people have found copies of the song that predate him.
