I don't think they're ducks -- look at how they go underwater, and how large the ripples are... not only that but if you pause the video at around 54 seconds, you can see the size of the wake the dots are leaving... it's more than a duck would leave, or any other kind of aquatic-bird

the train behind the creatures seems, to me, to be too long for birds. In most cases a bird's train would last maybe a foot or so behind them. That was much longer. I can't determine what they are, but they have nice formation!
