  •  = <3

  • Ahem ... it goes ... Think Social

  • Best commercial ever!

  • I love you Apple

  • @thandonghp and  loves you

  • Kreftovich - I LIKE IT !!

  • Apple saying "think different" is thinking differently already by not making the statement right by grata mic standards Steve jobs was in fact think different

  • For all you confused people out there -- this isn't saying all these visionaries would use Apple products. What the ad is saying is that these are people who thought differently and henceforth changed the world. That said, Apple compares these visionaries' willingness to think differently to that of people who choose Mac, the underdog, over the more popular PC, suggesting that making this switch could be an indicator of a great personality.

  • iPhone 4s - iPad - MacBook Pro owner , and proud of it !!!!!!

  • @spirg 

  • @spirg

proud owner of iphone 4, ipad nano, ipod classic, ipad, macbook pro 15', macbook pro 13', macbook and macbook air

    i love apple :-)

  • There's 30 persons, that are not crazy enough to think different and change the world....

  • How do ANY of these people relate to a giant greedy corporation?

  • wanted to comment on an apple video from the apple you tube account. But they disabled the comments.

    like seriously, wtf.

  • @grant11102 They don't want bad comments on their channel or daily Apple v Pc wars. 

  • I think different.

I have a MyPhone. by China for People Of China grow up inc.

  • Surprising, isn't it, how the company we all thought was going to change the world when we say this commercial, and that '1984' spot, is using Chinese slave labor to make its products.

  • @gerrythrash Oh brother, you must be a PC user too. Sorry you're to stupid to see that Mac products are way better than microsoft junk!

  • @FlixMaker64 Shut up, fanboy.

  • @FlixMaker64 Yes I am a fan of better technology! And I would to see you make me shut up!

  • @gerrythrash

Apple did change the world, the iPhone has forever changed how we do business and socialise whilst much like Sean Parker, Steve Jobs' iTunes changed music forever

  • @gerrythrash Why don't you check where was your computer made? I bet it says somewhere "Made in China"... Please get a reality check.

  • Comment removed

  • @gerrythrash Who said I own a mac?

  • Can I watch this without having to go through iTunes first?

  • @Metagg You must be a PC user, so sorry!

  • The best

  • Oh man, tht just made my day

  • Missing Michael Jackson!

  • Very awesome

  • I love this comercial!!

  • can any 1 pls post da names of all da personalities in the vdo ...in sequence !!

  • @sujithn49 Albert Einstein, Bob Dylan, MLK Jr, Richard Branson, John Lennon, R. Buckminster Fuller, Thomas Edison, Muhammed Ali, Ted Turner, Maria Callas, Mahatma Gandhi, Amelia Earhart, Alfred Hitchcock, Martha Graham, Jim Henson, Frank Lloyd Wright, Picasso.

  • Those who thought they could change the world actually screwed it!

  • @6006sLover but they changed it , that's the point. good for good, bad for bad.

  • Apple - Think Gamer

  • Steve Jobs version is better, no disrespect to Richard Dreyfus.

  • @muzafar001 link to steve jobs version please

  • Interesting that many of the people shown are college or university graduates. Anybody know the percentage? A majority?

  • someone has the whole text?

  • ok got my answer, it's picasso and the video was taking from a clip called "picasso painting"

  • who's the painter at 0:54 ?

  • inspiring...

  • This would be a perfect ad campaign for Ron Paul because the media call him a crazy one. I wish they can use it. If Apple endorses Ron Paul, then they can lend the rights. Think Liberty!

  • Yes. I think differently, therefore I don't own an apple computer like the rest of you.

  • Excelente comercial!!

  • It's funny how many people started to hate Steve Jobs after he died. I wonder if you people have any reasons for that. You haven't even read his biography for one thing, how can you judge? You say americans are stupid, but the only stupid people I see here are yourselves.

    P. S. I'm russian and I love Steve, he was a great man with his own philosophy, positive and negative sides, and his own achievements, which people like you will never achieve. Good luck on making fun of me.

  • Think different, let apple think for you!

how dare steve jobs compare his mass consumerism products made in sweat shops to true geniuses of the 20th century

  • :)

  • I am going to contribute significantly to a positive change in this world. Just watch.

  • this gave me massive goosebumps. what a brilliant ad!

  • For our Chinese speaking top talent this is a very inspirational commercial. Thank you Steve! It will be relevant for many generation of business leaders to come.

  • Again, Apple! AGAIN! In every country you sell Apple products! With Steve among the CRAZY ONES..We WANT IT TO HAPPEN!

  • iDiED

  • @TheKyles123 i guess they DIDN'T have an app for that

  • Sounded like the Heath Ledger Joker was talking and he was also talking how crazy people.

  • APPLE FTW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • The narrator is Richard Dreyfuss. Jobs wanted Robin Williams but settled with Dreyfuss. Read it today in the book.

  • I don't get it. I am an entrepreneur and admire good branding. I know there approach was indirect here [mentioning the product without mentioning the product], and aimed to make us want to be different by purchasing their items. I know they wanted us to desire company-association with the elite featured on this commercial, again, by buying thier product. My only objection is WHY DIDN"T THEY PUT THEIR LOGO ON IT???? I don't know which company to support.

  • @iambearcat can't remember his name, but he is on Saturday Night Live.

  • did the joker narrate this?

  • Fuck Ghandi The Gay :D

  • I dont see why Ali was there

  • I want to be crazy enough just to change one thing in this world.

  • WOW! Look at all of the influential people, most of whom not even alive during the time of the personal computer! I must buy a Mac now!

    /sarcasm

  • the way i saw it, windows totally made a difference when they came out with winXP.

  • CHILLS

  • goood movieeE

  • 0:47 is my favorite out of all of those. The reason why is simple, because the way he changed the world was simple. All he needed was two halves of a ping pong ball and a sage sweater. I also believe that if they re-air this, Steve Jobs should definitely be included, since he's among those people now.

  • Is 0:32 Bhutto?

  • Good

  • RIP Steve Jobs ;(

  • Oh yeah

  • One of the best commercials ever made.

  • Tht guy in the strt looks like Ian in vampire diaries O.o

  • @BechTalent

Your perspective seems to be pretty narrow.

Apple (Jobs and Woz) invented the first personal computer and the graphical interface concepts developed at Apple are still at the core of modern interfaces. They took a military/corporate technology and reinvented it for the masses to empower individuals.

You can't say, with any sort of truth, that the personal computer and graphical interfaces haven't profoundly affected humanity.

  • @bluesdealer

Oh, but I do. I think humanity remains exactly the same wether or not our computers have graphical interfaces. It's not that I don't think it's pretty and userfriendly, I just don't think that Apple or the individuals you mention deserve anywhere near the same praise of "thinking differently" than any of the people in the video.

  • @BechTalent Apple and/or Steve Jobs brought personal computing to the masses with the Apple II, the Graphical User Interface to the masses with Lisa/Mac, transformed the music industry with iTunes/iPod, transformed mobile phones with the iPhone, transformed mobile computing with the iPad, massively influenced the animation genre with Pixar. There are very few companies and people who have been responsible for so much change in the last 30 years.

  • @Ericwvb2

Transforming technology is nowhere near the same accomplishment as transforming people's minds, in my humble opinion. However, if this was an ad for Pixar, it would be far more appropriate :).

  • @bluesdealer Just and FYI, Apple didn't create the first personal computer, nor did they create the first GUI.

Xerox (and other companies) can take the credit for that a good 5 years before both of those inventions were brought up by Apple.

  • @ysflightmanThe ones who improve on the concept and actually do something with it usually gets the credit. Take Thomas Edison and the light bulb. He didn't actually invent the light bulb. He just made one that worked right and was marketable and thats what changed the world. The same thing with Apple. Xerox had the GUI prototype sitting in their labs and they didn't know what to do with it so they gave it to Apple. Apple fixed it, made it better and marketable and changed the world with it.

  • @JonErich Alright, that makes sense then...

But having 7% of the entire world's computer market share is hardly world changing.

Unless Disney's Pixar Studios and the creators of Southpark changed the world.

  • @ysflightman Yeah, it's 7% NOW, but back during the early years, the Mac helped shape the future of the world, it ignited the desktop publishing revolution, and it was popular while it was doing that. Also, the Power Book was quite revolutionary for it's time and to this day, Apple's laptops are still quite popular. Then the Mac led to the development of Mac OSX, iPad, iPad, iPhone, and and iOS, all of which helped shape the history of the world.

  • @JonErich So extremely locked down software and hardware is revolutionary? It's as if Apple hasn't even heard of the words, "Flash" or "Customization" or "User Individuatlity."

I loved the old Apple computers, I had an Apple II and a Macintosh. But Apple really took a shit when they started getting socialistic with their shit. It's no wonder nearly all fo the world's top scienctists and teams use Linux and Windows PCs.

  • @ysflightman I'm not going to get into the whole open vs closed debate. People have their preferences. Those who wish to customize a product to their liking will like Windows better. Those who could care less about customization and just want something that works really well and efficiently will like the Mac better. Nonetheless, Apple's products and ideas changed the world forever wether you like them or not. Also, hasn't the world's top scientists always used PC's?

  • @JonErich changed the world forever?, you are just a tad bit exaggerating

the invention of the transistor changed the world ,

the creation of the atom bomb changed the world,

the invention of the steam engine changed the world.

making a new sleek phone just made steve jobs some money.

  • @michaelzlprime True. Apple's only good at MARKETING.

  • @michaelzlprime that's false... he really change the world... Is obvious that you don't know anything of him... read his biography and then say whatever you want!!

  • @michaelzlprime The music industry was bankrupt, phone design was stagnant, windows is a mediocre product that was taking over the world. Then came iTunes, the iPod, the iPhone, and OS X. The music industry was saved, the way we purchase and listen to music has changed, the way we communicate and interact with phones (and tablets) has changed the way we live. The way we connect to technology has changed, and that, to me, has been the greatest invention of the 21st century, yet.

  • bullshit

  • Please Just Take A look At my Channel... Totally Perfect!

  • This is a fantastic video, thanks for sharing!

  • Much prefer Richard's voiceover to Steve's, no offence.

    Pat

  • This will be my ringtone

  • great video, now gary buesey is a genius....

  • steve jobs is a great man

  • This is more than a commercial. It is the most inspiring thing I have seen in a while

  • Lol very good vid but not a commercial xD

  • It's a fucking computer... Jesus, this is a pathetic commercial. John Lennon wouldn't give two shits about the difference between a mac and pc. I use a macbook and I like it, but this commercial is just pathetic. Oh well, a lot of commercials are...

  • @BechTalent This commercial is not about Mac vs PC. That is for fanboys. This is trying to remind people that the company, Apple, has a vision of what a computer (not an Apple, a computer) can be for people, and how people + computers can improve/change the world. And perhaps your anger comes from the criticism that your mind (like most peoples) can't help but impulsively cast on itself when one considers that they, too, might have the ability to make a difference in the world. Maybe?

  • @RhythmDroid

I am truly inspired bý all of those people. My point is just that the "innovation" in Apples products are absolutely nothing compared to that of the people used in the video. None of these people used a mac, and if they were alive today, using a mac would have NO INFLUENCE WHATSOEVER on their creativity. Because it's just - a - fucking - computer.

  • The version with Steve Jobs narrating is one thousand times better.

  • wow i just see back in my eye and have a flashback on 1 guy who created a company in a garage and that same guy ended up changeing the world words cannot explain wat steve was even actions cant.

  • This should be aired again... But this time with, steve jobs as one among others in the video... !!!

  • @rajathbhat If u have a look at my channel, the latest video includes Steve.

  • @kreftovich1 Also gandi has noticed by the world's greatest PDevelopers franklin coveys 8th special habit for more details visit

    e-vdos.blogspot.com

  • @rajathbhat Apple had actually made a video with Steve as the narrorator. They should air that one!

  • @rikibitta some people just don't get it ... it's not about performance... is about art ... btw I have a Sony laptop PC two times faster than my macbook air but believe the PC just sucks on everything... even writing an email is a pain so wtf are computers ? to make us happy or angry ? ! that's why apple succeeded ... btw don't tell me how fast your super fast PC boots because I already know ...lol

  • BRAVO !

  • صورة الشايب اللي بقيمزر ههههههههههههههههههههاي pic of the old in the gamezer hhhhhhdid playing hhhh

  • apple is the fascism of informatics. so sad to see King,Mohamed Alì,Callas and so on -among the best minds in humanity- in the same vido with Job's shit. my pc outperform all top-end macIdiot machine costing half money. go fuck yourself mr Steve

ps:sry subnormal engl. italy medioevo here

  • Einstein would have used a PC

  • I prefer PC.

  • A tribute to the fathers of Humanity

  • mr jobs had a vision that someday, our Earth will be filled with technology for users of all ages and intellingencies. today, his 34 year old vision is not only a reallity, but also a revolution. he has changed the world because it all started with his personal picture of a perfect world. so the next time you pick up any Mac or i technology, remember that all of this was only once a dream... ANYONE CAN CHANGE THE WORLD!!!!

  • I'm sure all those people would appreciate their image being used for blatant commercialism.

  • I'm a pc but I got no hate towards apple only respect

  • I swear this NEEDS to be aired again.

  • @maxsuperdudeisawesom YES! AGREED! but with Steve Jobs at the end.

  • I can change the world, and I will. Thanks Apple for the inspiration, and Steve, your ideals have effected me in ways I can't explain.

  • 14 dislikes :U
