well they are a bit more difficuld than say a chevy pick up because the vans are all unibodies not full frame so most all of the body panels are spot welded on to add rigidity to the framework. that said removing them is not all that difficult. you just need to identify and locate all the spot welds that hold the fender to the body, and drill them out. Be sure to use the proper tools and protective equipment gloves safety glasses and protective clothing. Be careful, have fun!
