Altezza and IS200/300 are pretty much the same. In the video it's probably an Altezza, due to it being in Japan, and right hand drive. The lexus badges are the result of body styling I'm sure. Have you seen the Altezza grill? It's hideous.

Ya may find that you are all wrong. The car in the Video is a TOYOTA Altezza, not a Lexus IS300. (Even says Altezza in the Vid - come on!) I know it has a Lexus grille, but that is just body styling! (The Altezza grille is ugly!)

This car has a 2.0l 4cyl engine, Yamaha tuned 3S-GE lump, as fitted to the 94-99 Celica, only it's a Beams editon, with VVTi. Around 200bhp. This one is also fitted with a Blitz Supercharger, big FMIC and forged internals plus a lot more, pushing more like 380bhp.

My friend, where you may be entirely correct with the engine spec, I do believe this is not an Altezza, as the video states. I think this really is a Lexus IS300. It has the Lexus badge on the front-grill and chrome gear nob and gaiter surround. Things you do not find on the Altezza. Granted, it could have been made to look like a Lexus IS, but I'd find it strange to hear someone moving from the Toyota Altezza camp, if they're drifting.

is300 has a 2jzge. the crank is the same as a supra tt, but the rods and pistons are different. TT rods and pistons will go into the is300 bottom. vvti head on is300 is different than supra head. best thing to do is get an toyota aristo swap
