Wow, Palmetto Dunes sure is nice. Much better scenery than Forest Beach for sure.

Yes, Palmetto Dunes is a private resort, with a private beach access for villa and hotel guest only. Forest Beach only has a public beach access. Makes a world of a difference in your vacation.
