i have a living room and directly upstairs a loft made to a 2nd living room. my problem is when both tv's are on, the sound interfears with each other, I was thinking of putting some thick curtains on the second floor loft to block some of the sound. what do you suggest
@clocggg Hi! Thanks for your comment. I think that's a great idea! Adding some absorption sheets will help with the intensity of both the TVs, but keep in mind, this won't be 100% absorptive. You'll notice that the sheets will help just with the mid and high range frequencies. I'm available by our new LIVE CHAT feature on our website should you wish to discuss further.
@vicozar Thank you for your comment. The material is known as Audimute Sound Absorption Sheets, and can be found and purchased on our website! We're located right in Cleveland, Ohio. Thanks again, I'm looking forward to serving you!
@Titleification Hi there. Could you please explain? What exactly are you trying to accomplish in your space? I'd be more than happy to help with your application!
@Titleification Not at all.. I'm just looking to help solve your problem the best way I can! I like to ask questions just so I can direct you to the most appropriate product for your application. I just wasn't sure what the "like and dislike bar equal" means. Would you mind explaining? Are you talking about the like and dislike bar about the video?
@DR733T Hey! Thanks for your comment.. how big is the space? Could you possible drape some sheets over some chairs? If you can't use nails, try your best to find an alternate way to hang, like draping them over your bed, chairs, desk, etc! Hope this helps.
I'm trying to soundproof my room so I can do vocals that way I don't bother my parents wen they're sleeping wud u recommend the sheets of the peacemaker?
@headstrong440 Thank you for your comment! Thick blankets are not the way to go, as they are not dense enough to provide the NRC rating we have, which is at a .70. I'm happy to discuss further if you have a conversation via chat or phone? Hope to talk with you soon!
@rama6maiden With Peacemaker Sound Insulation? No, but you can use it behind the Audimute Sound Absorption Sheets to help reduce the sound from transmitting through the wall. Thanks for your comment.
so im living in an old european building and i have neighbours above me always complaining about the volume of the music. and i'm really not playing my music very loud. I have a room thats become my little home studio but im looking at a way to soundproof this room but i dont have a huge budget. So if anyone could give me some advice on what to do that would be great.
Aiieee!!! I hope noone sues you for advising them to use a stool like you have. OSHA would hang at high noon for that one. Get a taller stool with a hand bar or a ladder that you can reach without standing on the upper rungs and save yourself a broken leg and/or arm, etc. I hope this is taken in the spirit it was intended. Just a friendly "You might wanna . . ." from a 20 + year experienced house painter.
@sjmeerkees this is actually an old video..we've redesigned our sheets so they look much better - and they're even offered in black now with grommets for easier hanging!
@RemembranceHC haha well i can see why you'd think that because they do look similar, but they're totally different on the insides..our material is made from cotton and cellulose and has been tested and retested in a lab to find the best blend that absorbs the most sound (70% actually!). They are then given an NRC rating (ours have a .7) Moving blankets are made with shoddy material like floor sweep and usually aren't even tested for NRC because they perform so poorly.
Tack on the sheets using nail gun or staple gun. It will help control the higher sound pressure levels in the space giving you clarity. It will enable you to hear your mistakes and become a better musician guaranteed.
Im really interested in your product and it looks great however can we maybe see a demonstration of a room with no sound proofing compared to a room with these sound absorption sheets applied? That would be great
Yes! Give us a couple more weeks. We were just shooting videos the other day. Check out our facebook link. Type in Audimute to see new pictures. Happy to be of service

Start with one layer, but two layers are often used in most applications. What are you trying to do in this 6x6 room? Please call if you wish to discuss. We're happy to help
This does help absorb noise to muffle it outside the room but our Peacemaker sound insulation is ideal to block sound transmission. Call us 8665056883 to discuss your application!
We were brand new to this video recording and understand that these premature videos are somewhat inconsistent, but we can guarantee excellent product and terrific customer service. Call us! We'll be happy to help with all applications!!
We are in the process of implementing more videos on YouTube. Stay tuned!
As far as anti-vibration, you will need Peacemaker in between the studs of the walls to help eliminate the low end frequencies. Please call for more information! I'll be happy to help. 866 505 6883

get a better step ladder, you're not supposed to stand on the top step!

You may need more Megaclips. I would probably use about 6-8 clips if you are hanging sideways!

Why care about some fan when it was an awful built in camera microphone recording anyway?
But I agree that it's rediculos to have such a bad sound on the video when they work with sound and acoustics.
