If I was a guy I's join the RCMP. But i'm not so I guess I'll just become a secretary.

To become a Judge(who you could say may have less power then the RCMP) 1. university degree 2. law school 3. pass the bar exam 4. min. 10 years of impecable experience 5. written application, and a interivew by a 3 member committee. 6. maybe your lucky and get appointed. Now to become a member of the RCMP 1. any moron with grade 12 or a GED 2. 6 months at depot 3. give that guy a gun and a badge. Anything wrong with that picture?

Your understanding of the requirements for the RCMP is inaccurate. And judges can become corrupt as much as anyone.
