  • notice that he said jack ass but he edited it and made it person. why did he make it person. i love what he really said JACKASS.

  • lol

  • this video is almost 3 years old as is STILL in my 9 favorites on my you tube page.

  • hahahaha that happened so Manny times to me think its a problem and its just not plugged in

  • omg that happend to me one time. i reinstalled vista 4 times then went to ubuntu then to xp then to vista 2 more times before i realised what had happend

  • I laughed my a*s off! :D

  • FAIL! xD

  • hahaha

  • Its Windows vista, at certain points you will need certain drivers to make things work.

  • I love how Chris, the GEEK of ALL GEEKS, the name that GOOGLE asks you if you meant something, when you DID mean it

Doesn't try the simplest thing first?

  • YOU GOT GOOFED!!!!!

  • its the fcuk hat

  • lol "some d... persons...ss unplugged this from the computer" lol

  • hahahahahaha

  • woudent that be the first thing u cheekt.. :P

  • AHAHAHAH!! Hilarious!

  • He's not trying too hard to be funny or

"ACTING." That's the way he naturally is. Talented, light hearted, entertaining . . and he used to be a host for a show called "CALL FOR HELP" on Tech TV. Back when G4TV and TECH TV were separate stations and cool . . . back then :) Now G4 and Tech TV have been bought up by Comcast/E! and completely run into the ground.

  • LOL, funny at the end ;-)))

  • He is actually funny.

  • I wasn't sure what to think about the video until the end there, hilarious

  • Is that a bad-hair-day-but-I'm-making-a-video-that-a-bunch-of-people-will-see hat?

  • Héy, that's a pretty cool hat!

  • Nicely done, Chris - at least I'm not the only one who experiences the other-people-messing-with-my-gear syndrome. There are days at the Studio here where I spend half of my prep-time making sure that someone didn't "accidentally" disconnect a cable or three when moving things around.

  • I'm sorry, I gave this video a two star rating half way through because it wasn't funny. Then when you said the punchline, i immediately regreted it. Funny, really funny.

  • That was funny! Nice job!

  • When you have eliminated the probable etc. LOL done that myself a couple of times.

BTW it's cloudy today, I blame Vista

  • lol, it could be better, but this was like a 9.5 effort man =)

  • I tell ya man, the whole buildup was genius. I still laugh at the end.

  • LOL -- sounds like something that my cat would do!!!

  • That's exactly what happened to me some years ago. After reinstalling codecs, defragmenting the drives, scaning for viruses and whatnot in about three hours, I graciously discovered that the power on button wasn't been activated... Lol, I laughed my arse off that day... It's smth basic and yet it happens even to professionals...

  • HAHAhahah!

ooooh... that was awesome. Freaking hilarious. Very, very, very funny video. I suppose that's why tech support always asks you if it's plugged in, eh? (suddenly I'm in Canada)

  • I laughed so hard I coughed up a lung...

    Oops!!! LOL

  • defintely an ID-10T problem right there. I support computer tech's for a living, and countless times they miss the simple stuff

  • HOLY CRAP That is funny. I love the faces you make!

  • exactly ... is it plugged in ...No 1o1 first thing you check. It happens to the best of us.

  • lol, teh funny

  • Peback-problem between keyboard and chair.

  • Well from all the time you used figuring out that problem you learned more about vista and your sound card as well as to remember to check the easier stuff first.

  • ROFLMAO

  • It happens to the best of us hehehehe

Thanks Chris, I nearly spit out coke all over my screen at the end of that one LOL

  • classic! I've done similar things in the past... but I'm much wiser now. *cough*

  • lmao

  • oh if it was "that" that was unplugged, and we all heard your speakers working in this video you even said it yourself, but yet you hold up the plug at the end..so reeeeeally its wasnt "that" that was unplugged..hahah just some food for thought.

  • lol, I just watched that episode of GeekBrief. It's the Mac DVR one.

  • LMFAO!

  • lmao some person-ass

  • That has happened to me before.

  • That one had me in stitches

  • Lol Some Jack ass....I mean Person...I'll edit that Later Lol

  • haha nice censor job. too funny

  • lmao that is funny as hell. love the way you censored it

  • haha, the same thing happened to me, and i also blamed it on vista. However it was just a lose wire in the back oF my sub. My surround sound really does sound better now as compared to xp. Also i noticed my logictech web cam updated driver, has new vista Features, such as better quality in the dark, and my room is like a dark cave only illuminated by the scarce led light emitting From a lonely electronic device. So its great For people who dont see the sunlight too oFten. :)

  • lmao

  • I was going to say to plug it in, but you beat me to it.

  • Nice... Hate when something happens. So how long did it take to realize that your speakers were unplugged? By the way.. That airplane safety instructional video is great. I love it!

  • You need more help than us...

  • Oh no! LOL! I just hate it when that happens. You try everything you can think of except for the easiest of things to try. :P

  • lol... dontcha just HATE it when that happens? :P

  • lol

  • lol, "some <i>*person* </i>" :D

  • The end is the best...

  • Ha ha ha. Yeah, that's happened to me before too.

  • lol.

  • i love your hat!
