For the people that say that Arnold or Lou or any other great Bodybuilder was taking steroids with result them to be basically cheating is completely WRONG .
The thing is that for example if i start taking steroids.....nothing.....will happen. you have to work HARD in the gym ( extreme hard ) Steroids YES they do bring a much better muscle pump but NOT if u have no muscles . and at that time steroids weren't illegal so Arnold had the right to take them . Thumbs up if u agree .
It really was no shock that Arnold was on steroids. Back then there were really limited supplements. Besides i don't think they were illegal back then.

Na they weren't illegal back then and they really shouldn't be now, used responsibly, steroids can actually be very healthy even foe women
