Patient airline. The pax filming pretends to be polite but only part of the problem. Delays are so you don't get barbecued and no you are not entitled to a phone call. Complaining stupidly to a flight attendant who is not in control and couldn't care less shows your, but mainly, your neighboring customers', stupidity. And Bravo, you filmed it yourself - if only more people would expose their own hypocrisy like this.
