I prefer Domination, Demolition [Only when I hit rank 50, higher match bonus.], and Search and Destroy.

Search is when I'm alone, Domination is when I'm recording/with friends, and Demo is if I'm in a rush to rank up.

Also a little tip, when you record your commentary, Lower the volume on the gameplay and raise the volume on your mic.
