Owned? He got caught in a spladle. I wouldn't call that owned. Not only that but it was a horrible call by the ref. His shoulders were on Caldwell's chest. Still gotta give props to Caldwell for a sweet spladle.

I'm pretty sure getting stuck in the first period is getting owned (caught or not caught). I still give mad props to both wrestlers but that just wasn't Metcalf's match.

Getting caught in a spladle is usually a sign of overagressiveness, which tends to lead to getting yourself in a bad position. That is not the same as "getting owned". I wouldn't mind seeing a rematch, they both like to pin.

Getting owned is what happened to Lang in the 07 finals. What happened to Metcalf was nothing more than the refs bad call.
