Yeah ofc his voice and look is different. For one, he had tonnes of make up on. Two, they did an airbrushing effect on the video to define certain features to make him more like the description in the book. Three, his hair was actually styled in the movie. ;]

And as for his voice, he adopted a different accent, he wanted it to sound a lot older.

He did an AWESOME job. Nobody could of done better. He deserves to finally be recognised, he doesn't even think he can act.

Sometimes interviewers are on auto pilot, they don't consider I'm the 100th person he's gonna talk to today. He seemed really tired in that interview and the interviewer wasn't giving him any energy to react off. Unfortunately, the film industry forget that actors are people, everyone wants their exclusive and they treat their stars as products. Once you commit to want to becoming a successful actor, its kinda selling your soul. Just my opinion.
