  • Now this is Life.

  • I would ditch the spouse with the annoying accent too.

  • I don't think I'd go to the extremes these people did, just wasting the money, But If I ever won the lottery, I would stockpile the soup kitchens and the animal shelters, and do something nice for the people who were sick, like give to the make a wish foundation. I would take care of the people who have been decent to me, and not the ones who have turned their backs on me!

  • I didn't like his wife in this, I'm glad he got together with the waitress at the end! She was more down to earth!

  • @blondedbythelight703 I've seen the movie, but don't tell the ending!! (well it is kinda obvious but still)

  • Nicolas Cage was much more muscular back in the day.

  • One of my favorite, old movies were thousand better than today dramas, if you want a good drama look for one from a year before 2005, there are so few good movies today.

  • I just started watching this movie, and seriously, the wife is SO annoying i don't think i can go on and watch the rest of it...seriously SHUT HER UP!! :P

  • @marleahreagan

trust me the Janice from FRIENDS is more annoying then her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Dont stand on her foot subway passenger. STAND ON HER HEAD hehehehehhe. I dont like her. Nasty person.

  • This beautiful movie was as great as When Harry Met Sally - maybe even better. Nicolas Cage and Bridgete Fonda did a brilliant job - such a cute, beautiful, kind and hote screen couple. Rosie Perez did a great job too because you really hate her character.

I would definitely recommend this film to anyone that likes Nicolas Cage, Bridget Fonda or just feel-good movies. I really enjoyed this film and I hope that you will too.

  • I love this movie. However i do think the Cop was too generous in giving the half of the lottery winning and i can understand cop wife anger. He should have given the waitress half of his share of the lottery winning and not his wife part. The waitress would still have gotten a million dollar tip. not bad i would think.

  • The waitress completely deserved it. And the wife was greedy. He was kind.

He totally should have given her the tip.

  • You have to look at this rationally. Also read my post again. I never said the waitress didn't deserve the tip. All i said was cop maybe shouldn't have offer his wife share when he made the deal to the waitress.

The Wife was a bitch and greedy but you have to understand her position. Her husband wants to give half of the lottery winning to complete stranger as a tip. All i am saying the cop should have compromise and offered the waitress 1/4 of the lottery winning= 1 million dollar.

  • @UglyDuckling31008 I think the same. Its a true story based on a priest or something. And he didnt know he was going to actually win. And her numbers wouldnt have won it. He picked the wrong numbers 26 or 27 anniversary celebrated but not the day he picked. So he didnt actually have to give her the wife a cent. He did the right thing. He kept his promise to the waiteress.

  • @Mikligard She picked the wrong number. HE PICKED THE ONE NUMBER THAT MADE THE DIFFERENCE BY MISTAKE. So he doesnt have to give his wife a cent because with her numbers she lost.

  • @bylhamclarabella

true. But as they were married. She is entitled half of the lottery ticket winning by law right no matter who picked the numbers.

  • @Mikligard Oh yes I forgot that. Damn what a bitch.

  • nicolas cage is awesome

  • @AnimeDuelist15 Nicholas Cage is a vampire. Look it up!

    I totally love it! =D

Wanna watch it over and over again!
