Under Predidential Orders the Distric of Columbia will be in a "State of Emergency" between 17 to 21 Jan 09. FEMA/DHS will be in charge of "saftey and security" should there be a natural disaster, man made threat, or a terrorist attack...there are also rumors that Canadian troops may be present to assist as well.
