Melanin has thermal regulating properties in that it absorbs all forms of heat and energy and can actually allow a person to warm up quicker after coming out of the cold and keeps them warmer longer while in a cold environment.

Sure blacks and whites are related but whites adapted to a colder, low sunlight climate by developing lighter skin. Lighter skin is needed so the body can create more vitamin D when that vitamin is not available in the diet. In general, people in northern climes are lighter so they can absorb more vitamin D, unless it's in their diet like eskimos.

If a black albino has a child with a normal black person, they child will either be black or will be albino (no mix). That's because albinism is a defect. Melanin has thermal regulating properties in that it absorbs all forms of heat and energy and can actually allow a person to warm up quicker after coming out of the cold and keeps them warmer longer while in a cold environment.

@Kenko87 not true because melanin is needed for many functions not just protection from the brain. a lack of it in the brain can cause many neurological disorders which whites had a lot of. they allow lack the ability to coup with too much stress becase of lack of melanin thus the numerous pyschopaths i can go on. also there is no benefit to white skin. white skin freezes quicker then black skin so even in cold climiates whites get colder quicker. they have not evolved they have regressed.
