I have one more point (not mentioned before) that I think is really important. If it is 30 degrees warmer where I am standing than average and it is 10 or 25 degrees colder where you are standing than average (precipitation is irrelevant), then the planet is still warming (if we were the only two locations on the planet-- apply this logic to all locations averaged together). Likewise, as I said in my data video response, data for one day, location or year is not enough to draw any conclusions.
