My Grandfather has Alzeimer's, it's hard because I was raised by my Grandparents, they were my parents. Once my Grandmother passed away, my Grandfather is the only one I have left. It's hard, knowing that there's a chance he'll forget about me. The only thing I hate about having Grandparents as parents is mine wont be able to see me get married, to see my first child, to help me when life gets hard. But despite that, I wouldn't have changed it, their love has made me who I am today.

My 58 year old father was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer's Disease 2 years ago and it has been quite a heartache for my whole family. But we have become very active in making people aware. I also have written a couple of songs about Alzheimer's to spread the awareness. Thanks so much!
