This IMHO is a great benefit. But the size they're now pitching is what I was hoping for the last time around from the DSi... Either way it's WIN-WIN for me..

More sprites? Larger playing areas? This DS has the exact same LCD resolution so how could that even happen? All that you are going to see is the exact same game, except that this time the image quality will be lower due to stretching.; it's the same as zooming into a digital picture.

PSP (larger screen) -> PSP Go (smaller screen) (no pixel stretching)

DSi (smaller screen) -> DSi LL (larger screen) (stretched pixels)

I think this is a good idea. Not for me, mind you, my eyes aren't that bad and my joints are perfectly fine. This system is for people much younger and much older than the usual people Nintendo targets it's products for. Teenagers and adults have no problem with the average sized screen and the small stylus, but older people are like children in that they can't grasp things as easy (why do you think the crayons were so huge in school) and it's easier for them to read when the screen is bigger.

actually, the camera is really good. when you upload them, they look really good quality. the dsi ll is just for small kids, and old people. i have my old sp and 2 ds fats so the GBA thing wasnt a problem

it seems like nintendo makes a new console every 4 years, like nes-snes-n64-gc-wii. same with the handhelds only with the consoles, there's only slight updates with later models whereas the handhelds all get improvements in later releases. i think this in today's economy is a big waste for many families that struggle on low budgets. y can't they have their improvements as downloads or accessories instead of another load of money down the drain for what we allready had with a few bonuses?
