hmmm looks like something Nikola Tesla was working on before he died in 1943. The gov't confiscated all his notes including plans for a cigar or saucer shaped craft that required no engines but gravity control devices..antigravity. He was also working on a teleforce weapon similar to HAARP which is actually a little to much like HAARP. A death ray if you will which would make whatever country that possesses this technology the ultimate power superpower. SCARY chit..not Tesla's vision for it.
