  • ridiculous

  • Beautiful Plumed Bird? It's black for fuck sake. And when it decided to sing it sounded like a crow.

  • @TheWolvie450 there are many different types of Birds of Paradise, of which this is one. Others have more colorful plumage, but they all do elaborate courting rituals.

  • The male bird has courting skills that are a cut above the female – to say the least.

  • just like someone I know!

  • i am gonna do the same thing in the street. maybe i will attract some girls. :)

  • I think that's the whole point. I've learned that female birds of paradise are extremely picky, and sometimes males get rejected a bunch of times. I guess he intends to enthrall the female and then "score" before she reacts.

  • UNH TISS UHN TISS UHN TISSS

    RAEP TIEM!

  • that bird has witnessed flying saucers

  • Oh my god....I want to pick the path clean with my beak, and dance with my tutu feathers around my waist, and then be a dancing black bird for all of the jungle to marvel at....yes life is beautiful....beyond belief!

  • Imagine if human male has to dance to get laid.

Dance classes would be a good business.

  • Hehehe! That was so cute!! X3 better dancer than me by far~

I love how he just got so confident at the end he was all *rape-rape-rape*

  • like beautiful dancing open umbrella.

  • Superb

  • rapist bird o_O T_T

  • I never new these types of birds existed.! Are most of them even feathers.?? Do city birds act like this too lmso xD

  • Take a clue guys. This is how you get women at a club, you dance and have a good time......the bird sitting in the corner is not getting any. Works most of the time.

  • So you got to fake like you're having a good time dancing? For me, It's okay to sit in the corner and watch others dance. I go to clubs for entertainment not to find a girlfirend. I like being solo.

  • Pretty good until he ended his routine with attempted rape...

  • @Truthiness231 HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA

  • @Truthiness231 females of all species generally like that, really. they just pretend otherwise to keep face (true words of david attenborough)

  • We gotta try these dance moves at the club.

  • LMAO. 3:45

  • Mad precise leave throwing capabilities

  • It's the hammertime dance

  • The bird reminds me of Michael Jackson...

  • yeah except those weren't little boys the bird jumped on at the end of the vid!

  • hahahahha

  • Cyphi1, It's actually very common for female birds to be plainly camouflaged, they're typically the ones who guard and rear the young at the nest. If they're too visible the predators will have a buffet. God voted on evolution as a means of survival...

  • what did he do in the last scene?

  • An extremely awesome and complicated sex dance. He had them all eating out of the palm of his hand. The babes were practically lined up to get a piece of him! But then he got too ahead of himself and employed the "surprise buttsecks" attack, and scared them away...

Way to go, you horny bastard.

  • hahahaha that was an extra ordinary way to lure your prey. too bad he's not good enough to catch one... hahahhahaha too bad he can only have his cake but not eat it

  • LOL! I love your interpretation!

  • Superstar!!

  • Was the Dancing Plum bird trying to kill one of the birds in the audience? It attacked one of them at the end.

  • Nope. That was the whole point of the performance. It is called mating.

  • interspecies mating? they look nothing alike.

  • That's true, nothing alike indeed. One is called a male and the other the female. They're not really separate species, both of them are needed for succesfull procreation. Until you've captured the whole process, don't try this at home...

  • You know what I mean! Based on their physical characteristics they don't even look like they belong to the same species. He's got a totally distinct look...black feathers, weird antennae, blue eyes, white patches. They're characteristics seem totally different. I've never seen that much difference between two animals of the same species and different genders. Kinda shocking!!!

  • have you never seen the clear difference between bulldog and greyhound? same species you know. not the same origin of difference, but you have seen that much variation before

  • fuck you

  • I suppose

  • Its not unheard of for male birds to look flamboyant and different to their female counterparts. Look at peafowl. The peacocks have the large display feathers while the peahens are very dull looking.

  • Have you ever seen male and female peacocks? The males have long, brightly coloured feathers whilst the females have short, plain feathers - they look nothing alike at all, but they are demonsterably of the same species. In birds, the males typically are more attractive and distinctive in appearance than the females because it is the male's task to impress the females.

  • gotcha

  • hahahahaha

  • Oh nature ur tripping on acid

  • Nature is a trip...Thats for damn sure

  • if you saw it from the front ud really be inpresed disneys "Earth" has a really good show of these birds

  • Earth is not from Disney...
