Hey! I give you CRAZY props for being able to inject yourself with an IM needle. I am a nursing student right now, and I give shots like T all the time...not to myself, but to other people. They are administered, which you know, through a route called the "intramuscular route" or "IM route". I would like to let you know that you do a really good of Z-Tracking, which is pulling the skin tight to get all of the medication into the deepest part of the muscle. :)
my face got bloated also on my cycle of test. its because of the water retention. once u getoff u your face will shrink back down. btw u need to work out.
am just behind you ave been on T 4wks as I come from scotland they try not to put us straight onto injection so ave been on oral T got another 4wks of that before going onto injections is self injection as bad as it looks?lol I seem to be covered in hair but its blonde for now!
haha... it's honestly not that bad. if you can get yourself past thinking it's going to hurt real bad, you'll be okay. it really doesn't hurt much at all.. Just a pinch. It also helps to think of all the amazing things that are going to happen after you do it! hahaha. it's REALLY easy to quickly teach just about anyone how to do it if it's too gut wrenching to do it yourself. Might be a little easier that way, especially at first :-)
Honestly, maybe a 2.5 it doesn't hurt that bad at all. haha.. Getting past the mental part of a 2 inch needle going entirely into your leg is more of a hassle than actually feeling it. hahaha
