Give it a rest. Suzie won. Would Alabama have done better at Miss Universe? Who knows. Suzie ended up being a great Miss USA and has manged to do something most other Miss USAs can't do: have a career in entertainment when their reign is over. Plus, I love it when non-Southern contestants win.

Alabama was da BOMB in that pageant!! That woman made me go ga-ga as soon as I saw her in the swimsuit competition. Susie won because the pageant was going to be held in a latin country, otherwise, Alabama would´ve won. Anyhow, Susie did a decent job as Miss USA, but I´m sure Alabama would´ve done it better at Universe.
