This is actually a 6 million Scoville sauce. The initial sauce reaches 750,000 Scoville, but then they add extract from the vein of a Habanero and it reaches 6 million. To date it is the World's hottest sauce. The only things hotter are pure extracts(which are not sauces, only ingredients) such as The Source. And pepper spray. My work sells this and I call it "Chuck Norris in a Bottle." Its good stuff!

@pyrofeaks You have to build a tolerance. Start out by eating chopped Jalapenos with your food. Work your way up to Habanero peppers and sauces. Everyone has Capsaicin receptors that react to heat. You just have to build that heat tolerance. It took me about a month to get used to Habanero heat and now I'm slowly moving into Ghost Pepper sauces. This sauce he is eating is so brutally hot, you're supposed to use 1 drop per gallon of food. The amount they used was idiotic and can cause harm.

The burn of the Mad Dog 357 products rivals that of many sauces rated much hotter. It attacks your entire mouth, and if you don't shake it up very very well it will put you in a world of pain. If you had taken safety seal entirely off you would have probably seen all the 6 mil SHU extract sitting there on the top.Kudos to you guys taking a spoon full, a tasting spoon full lit my mouth up for a good 10 minutes I can't imagine the pain you guys went through. @canbboy Not the only reason, I use all my sauces in my food and cooking... Alot of these sauces are fantastic with a few drops in any dish..... The bonus is that you can give some to mates and watch them suffer.....

The only way for these sauces to ever "kill" is if you have any respiratory and/or heart problems (may cause a heart attack if your heart has any issues, if unsure seek your doctors opinion first! ) Just do your research and don't jump into table spoons straight away... :D

Well I ordered this after watching your video and finally got it today. I had a little over half a teaspoon on an empty stomach. The burn was the most intense I've experienced but I was able to handle it until it got to my stomach. In all I probably manged to keep it down for about 10 minutes. I feel a little better seeing that you got sick too though. =)

Next time I'll try it on a full stomach.

You ever seen a sauce made with the "Bhut Jolokia" pepper? Apparently it's the world's hottest. I've been trying to find it all around where I live (North Carolina, USA, which loves it's hot sauce) but have been unsuccessful since the pepper is relatively obscure and comes from India. Maybe you'll have better luck? If so, let me know. I'm dying to try it.

I watched this video after your review of Blair's Ultra Death. At first, it looks like the Blair's put you guys into more pain, due to Ted actually reacting more to the sauce more, but after I watched this again, this one actually seems worse. This one kept you from talking and made you both sick... this one seems more serious.

I have both, the Silver Mad Dog and the 20/20 Ultra Death (20% hotter). The Ultra is apparently 1.3 million scovilles, but the Silver's 750,000 SCU is still hotter.

I'm not suprised you chucked on this one! Someone brought a bottle of this in at work, a colleague had a dab of it off the tasting spoon and heaved running off to the toilet. Its definetly a throater and should be diluted in water or food before use! The burn lasts for a long time - I haven't brought a bottle yet as for me its more of a novelty than a viable option - I doubt I'd find myself using it that often. Great review.
