Which program have you got? It's possible on every Ulead version, I think ^^ Just take a white clip, put it on the second timeline, make it short and let it fade out :D

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! It does have that kinda beat to it where you desperatly want to add flashes but yu don't want the entire video to be one big white blur with Spirit popping in here and there. It's like you have to delete the flash buttons!^^
