  • This was only the second $100,000 win, wasn't it?

  • To the people saying 8 puzzles and only 21k. Assuming they solved them quickly and didnt risk bankruptcy by spinning, it seems very possible they would only get 21k.

  • LOL I Find It Funny That DMCA Is The Digital Millennium Copyright Act

  • shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

  • @tsubbaby *BUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ* *losing horns* Incredible, I thought I asked you to stop doing that! It is so annoying! HAHA. Don't you think Pat's shushing was kinda loud that time, though?

  • They solved 8 puzzles and only got 21,000 out of it???

  • @JMcH It was a long time ago.

  • @Thedarkside02 - No more than 10 years ago. The $100k was first introduced in October 2001. They had a lot of big money wedges on the main wheel even then, so $21k for 8 puzzles remains astonishingly low.

  • 100 thooooooooooooooooooooouuuuuuuuuuuuuuussssaaannd dollarssssssssssss!!

  • Pat: How could this happen?!

Me: Michael Larson's ghost fucking with you, Pat

  • And now, for something completely different. Look at the letters they chose.

  • Holy Shit! 2 contestants who are COMPETENT! Seriously they knew it before I could even look at it.

  • ONE HUNDRED THOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUUSAND DOLLARS!

  • R.I.P Charley O

  • Congratulations ladies, you just broke the sound barrier.

  • A z, 4, Q, another Q, a third Q, and a Batman symbol

  • @DJTwilight

    great family guy reference

  • I chuckled at DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) before they screamed "campground" together.

  • Shit i didn't even know the answer...

  • i remember this

  • Pat's shushing was kind of loud that time, but hey, it's his job to do that to the audience whether I like it or not.

  • Confetti drop down on the floor when you win the $100,000 or $1,000,000

  • why did utube show me this?

  • The only part of this that I really enjoyed was Pat's "We need commercials! We need INCOME!" comment.

  • was that ali larter?

  • Good for them.

  • thats weird as fuck...

  • Just a little creepy, but hey laugh.

  • they shouldn't have given it to them, they didn't care lol.

  • they did care, they had already won so much before hand that it didn't matter what they won they would've been happy with it

  • lol @ their velociraptor screams

  • @rajidae lmfao. I was just thinking of watching Jurrasic Park.

  • they scream and both say "CAMPGROUND! AHHHH!" haha great clip

  • @bigwill1221 Yeah, before the timer has a chance to start, and before Pat can even finish his sentence.

  • Whatever.

  • 70k after taxes in iowa.

  • so what, it's still more than they started with. just sayin

  • debbie downer

  • lucky bastards

  • i would of chosen fck u

  • i thought they might get disqualified if they shouted the answer before the host allow them to answer. who cares?

  • wow i would say "fuck" also for my 4 letters ^_^

  • If only the D could be a

    "YMCA"

  • I like it when they win ^_^

  • maybe candle jack would let them be, winning so mu

  • Is "D, M, C, A" the ONLY letters people ever pick?! I see those same letters on almost every bonus round I watched

  • in most situations they are the most used Letters

  • The producers aren't stupid. They know people are going to pick those same D, M, C, A letters and purposely choose words without them (or with very few of them). People choose them because they're the most used after R, S, T, L, N, E. But bonus round words always have less used letters in them like F, W, or K and have vowels like 'U' and 'O'. But of course the people never pick those; they continue to pick the D, M, C, A and the producers just keep choosing words without them! LOL

  • lol if im ever on there im gonna say " R O F L"

  • That would be awesome! 'R' though is already one of the given ones so you'd have to choose something else! I would definitely not choose D, M, C, or A. Every single time I watch the show, the bonus round puzzle always has weird ass letters. ALWAYS. Nobody ever picks them though. Here's a good four letter choice with three consonants and a vowel : "F U C K"

  • That would be funny!!

  • Unfortunantly it would be censored.

  • 'F U C K' would never happen so it wouldn't need to be censored. The vowel always comes last so the closest it could be is 'F C K U' which is actually funnier - 'Fuck You'!

  • @eepruls People do pick the vowel out of order now and then. If someone does pick the letters in the wrong order, they show them in that order at the bottom of the screen. I've only ever heard of one person using that to spell out a word though — about 10 years ago, a guy named Chad picked C, H, A and D in the bonus round, and that's how it showed up on-screen.

  • lol i wonder what would happen if u did say that

  • motherland

  • make fun of em for cheering so badly but hey if i got like a 60k cut w/ taxes so like 50k id be happy! gratz to them =)

  • well theres 2 of them so its like 25k for each of them

  • lol, you mean 50k for each?

  • No i mean including tax which would make the total 50k meaning 25k each

  • Ah! Yeah, forgot about Uncle Sam sticking his meat in the pot. Sorry man

  • LOL...

  • Taxes don't account for half of the losses, it's more like 1/3 or a little more.

  • wow ._.,,

  • DMCA!

  • good one

  • was this the same week as that coke head rodney guy cuz they have the same prizes on both ones

  • Rodney was on back in the 90s way before the bonus wheel.

  • When was this episode released?

  • Probably ended up with 60K after the taxes

  • right? i still dont get why stupid government takes away money when you win lottery. wtf. might as well tell them that they won 60k instead of getting their hopes up tellin them that they got 100k

  • your government isnt even contistutionally permitted to tax your income.....if no one kicks up a fuss about that why not tax winnings.......

hey those billionaires dont pay that much tax so might as well tax gaming wins

  • Well, for the lottery it still matters because the feds want their cut, and lotteries are run by state governments, also making the prizes sound bigger and taking a tax after presumably boosts sales. As for game shows... obviously the people who run the shows can't choose to give you a taxless prize. For the guy who says the government isn't permitted to tax income, I've heard other people claim this and I'm very curious to know what you interpret the Sixteenth Amendment to mean.

  • I wonder if there the highest winning people in the shows history, & at the 20th anniversary show. This must have been in 1995. Wheel Of Fortune debuted in 1975. 2002 is the wrong date.

  • That wasn't the '95 set. The one in the video premiered in '97 I believe. It could be the 20th anniversary of the newer incarnation of the show.

  • Comment removed

  • This was the 20th anniversary of the current verison of Wheel from 2002-2003.

  • Talkin' about bringin' home the bacon!

  • lol DMC

  • OH YEAH

  • i dont get it

  • SHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

  • @amcfan84 Yeah, don't you think that was kind of loud?

  • ONE HUNDRED THOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUSAND DOLLARS!!! I love that.

  • DMC!

  • It is cool to see them so happy. :]

As much money as that is, the clip is at least a year old, and I wonder if winners now would be that appreciative?

  • lol hge could've said "it's over 9000!!!!!!!!!!(dollars)

  • lolz

  • that woulda been hilarious except that term "over 9000" spread middle of 08. and this show is hellllllla old

  • omfg! 1:26 hahahahahahaahahah the lady in the white spins around hahahahahhahaa. im crying laughing.

  • me too hahah

  • Was that Nancy Kerrigan?

    lol

  • This Was In 2003.

  • Actily They Were The 2nd 100K Winners

  • DMCA LOL!

  • it's "One Hundred Thooooooooooouuuuuuuussaand Dollars"

  • Bad quality. But awesome $100,000 win!

  • "we need commercials, we need income!" haha

  • i remeber watching this episode. they won EVERY SINGLE ROUND and then 100,000 dollars i was schocked!!!!

  • DMCA=Digital Millenium Copyright Act

    DMCA ruined youtube

  • Were They The 1st $100,000 Winner

  • they were the second.

The first one was won by a guy who I can't remember the name.

  • that's really helpful

  • Doug Ross. (He won it about year before they did)

  • Haha, 1:26, she spins around twice.

  • lol funny

  • There was a guy named Jeremy who went 9-for-9 on Thursday's show. He only won $30K in his bonus round, though.

  • lol...

    "Its Not Gonna Matter..."

    (3 seconds later)

    "It might Matter!"

  • Haha, nice title :p

  • looks like this was filmed at universal, 'cause you can see the background

  • Exciting!

  • RandomManA, ignore my last post. It's just an inside joke I typed up from a long time ago.

  • first of all all its 100,000$ fucktards not a million

  • ...not until the Million Dollar Wedge rolls into town with a Million Dollar Bonus Round!

  • i'd take 100k

  • psst ill take 100$ for petes sake

  • thats wat i call bringin home da bacon!

  • What Year Did This Came

  • This episode aired in December, 2002.

  • Fuck the DMCA

  • THIS FALL:

Wheel's bonus round will have a top prize of $1,000,000!!!!!!

  • Are you freakin serious?

  • Oh, yeah, a mill is standard top-out for game shows now. Playing for anything less is weak...

  • I remember when they used to let you pick your prize, but everyone just took the $25,000top prize.

    $1,000,000 is just insane.

  • well when the ecomony crashes $1,000,000 won't be worth a damn thing i hate to say

  • a million dollars is still a million dollars, you joker.

  • yea it still is a million dollars genius but what difference does it make if the money is worthless? It would be like saying your the mayor of a uninhabited town!

  • Well, in all economic crashes, the money still has value, you just need more of it to get what you need.

See, that's where a million dollars comes in. Even if a gallon of milk costs $50 you'll still be sitting better than a guy who makes $40,000 a year.

That's why you're dumb. Who doesn't want a million dollars?

  • I know someone who went to the bonus round and opened up the Money card as soon as he got it off the wheel

  • Nice Sweep and Finish

  • some one sould chose D-I-C-K hehe im cool :P

  • Wondered what happened? Go to "Hare Lift", "Snappy Snapshots", "Pluto's Christmas Tree" or "The Dog House".

  • senseless comment.

  • omg subliminal messages, they spelled out DMCA

  • and that means what?

  • Digital Millennium Copyright Act >_>

  • Classic South Park. I saw this episode live btw.

  • It was a good guess and it not just a good guess... It was a great guess!

  • nevermind it says 20th anniversary

so thats in 2003 (otherwise im another stupid american lol!)

  • wat year was this?

  • SWEET SHOW!!! )

  • at 1:51,,one of the women squils like a pig..

  • lool

  • no she doesn't

  • Wow!!!

  • Ok, random

  • HOLLY SH*T

  • Besides jumping around and screaming like an idiot, I'd would piss in my pants if I won that kind of dough on the Wheel!

  • They solve all the puzzles in this episode & won $100,000. These ladies are pretty lucky.

  • You said it.

  • GOD DAMN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • shit I'd jump do cartwheels, do a split, damn near act a fool if I won that kind of money.

  • The girl in teh yellow shirt looks like my freind Travis!

  • What's up with their letter selection? They must work for the RIAA/MPAA or something.

  • Oh, I get it -- the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. I never thought of that -- good observation! :P

  • Clean Sweep!

  • omg theyve won the entire show. LOL

  • Who needs 10 seconds? They knew it right off the bat!

  • lmao

    i would have said cambodia

    : )

  • I've seen 3 bankrupts in a row!! Now how does that happen??

  • i wouldnt have got that..i would have said something incredibly stupid

  • Is it just me, or do a lot of people choose CDMA as their letters?

  • I've also noticed that.

  • I would probably be one of them.

  • Why? Are they the most common letters?

  • Besides the E, which vowel is more common? It's the A, of course not in this post of course in which I do not even see one (besides when I typed the letter itself).

  • i sorta agree with you there...for some reason, a contestant always lands on bankrupt when he or she is doing well.

    it might be rigged, fsho.
