  • again...I love this...great advice. I have a question with the food scale...what guide are you using to know portion size. I inderstand the cereal box and stuff tells you what a portion size is. But like with protein (I am veggie) but let's say chicken eg to make this easier. How do you know what a portion is with that? How do you know how much carb to proten to use?

  • Hey girl! Thank you so much for doing this video. I got a lot of great tips out of it! I do however have a question for you. Can you fill me in on a good weight gainer shake. I've tried several but I would like another opinion. I went to bodybuilder . com but there are way too many, and I just don't know where to begin. For me, the more calories the better!

  • Are your non-stick pans Teflon free? I'd like to use non-stick but I'd rather spend the time cleaning my stainless steel than picking up bad chemicals in my body. I'm looking for healthier alternatives. Any recs?

  • Try anodized aluminm, cast iron cookware, or ceramic. I believe some of the brands are world cuisine, lodge manufacturing, and calphalon.and remember, stainless steel is really a mixture of several different metals, including nickel, chromium and molybdenum, all of which can trickle into foods, so be aware if your cookware is dinged or pitted.

  • Most people put on weight when they eat 3 big meals a day....it slows your metabolism
