Estuve viendo que este KOF que juegan los japoneses está acelerado un poquito con respecto a las versiones que jugamos en otros lugares, por lo menon es argentina. Esta bueno porque es mas rapido. Esto lo pueden chequear con un cronometro, en 30 seg se van casi 3 seg de diferencia. En otros KOF 95 es normal el tiempo.

Omega Rugal players CAN be defeated, I've seen it happen. And not just by other Rugals either. Otherwise, you'd see more Rugals than Kyos and Ioris.
Besides, Rugal is awesome. At least he's not the broken-ass KOF 2002 version.
