1st you pick from the RZR transmission (High, Low, Neutral, Reverse, Park)
2nd, as you are driving, the driver shifts the motorcycle transmission via a shift knob that is oriented horizontally right behind the polaris shift knob.
We honestly haven't had any problems at all with either of the gear boxes. People keep telling us that it is going to break... but we have 50+ miles of driving like we stole it, and the only frustration we've had to deal with was determining the best way to mount the engine. We had to design some pretty crazy brackets to hold the engine in place. Again, no problems at all with the gear boxes.
We're using our brand of axles in this RZR. They are also 6" longer (since the GSX-RZR has a 6" long travel kit on it as well... that we also sell. :) )
We actually have a 6" Long Travel Kit on the GSX-RZR (12" total width increase). This gives the illusion that the RZR sits lower than stock, when in fact its actually just wider than stock.
We moved the passenger seat forward 3 inches, and installed a Suzuki 175hp GSXR engine into our 2008 Polaris RZR. We made quite a few other modifications, but this video just "shows" the sound, the exhaust, and the tachometer.
your conversion is perfect, when we take a look when the motor is turned off, its seem to be a random RZR with modification. Personnaly, how much cost your final product.. i know that the RZR stock is near 20 000$ and the GSXR im not sure 12 000- 14 000$ exept if your bought only the motor and his principal composant, we are at the price of 35 000$ plus the time you pass to build it... does my prediction is good?
Here in the states, we can get a Polaris RZR for around $12,000 USD. The GSX-R1000 motor can be purchased from E-bay for about what you can sell your Stock 760cc RZR Engine for.
We're hoping to be able to EVENTUALLY sell this kit to people for around $6,000. The kit will include everything needed to make this modification, EXCEPT for the GSX-R1000 motor.
Again, this is just our plan. At this time we are still compiling a finalized list of parts needed, and frame changes needed.

We still have the Polaris High, Low and Reverse, as well as the 1-6 Gears from the Motorcycle Transmission... so we technically have 18 gears:
6 Low forward Gears
6 High forward Gears
6 Gears of Reverse
