  • Very valid point here Maestro. I used to be a car salesman and that is a very true statement 'the money is in the follow up.' Just because a seller doesn't sell you his his/her house initially, the may be in a situation where they HAVE to sell in 1, 2, 6 months. Staying in contact with them could lead to a big profit down the road. Good content here. I rate it a 5
