Yes half and half is much easier to down and just as fattening if you drink a lot each day, might be a little easier then heavy cream. But heh if heavy cream doesn't give you a problem then by all means use that as often as possible to balloon even up even faster...
Keep working on increasing milk consumption, that will help you gain. Use half and half and other dairy products, let ice cream melt and drink it. Hang in there!
