I use Massage Suite to track my clients and do my insurance billing. It doesn't specifically tell me how long it has been since someone has been in but it has awesome client file management. While I don't know of any reading specifically for taxes I often will see articles in the Massage Therapy Journal regarding tax information as well as Massage Magazine.
