It's useful to direct outcomes. Any great communicator doesn't open and flap their mouth. They see an outcome, and STOP by shutting off internal dialogue, and then PAY ATTENTION to their sensory channles. We don't actually communicate when we're thinking about what to say next, or making little pictures in our head. We are not directing. We're talking to ourselves. The way I see it, that can be done in private... or in a hospital.... lol... seriously though, who grasps my point? do you?
